目的：
检验成品灯上E27/51X39灯头防止意外接触性能。
检验：
如果灯头完全插入量规时，W面没有凸出V面，则可以认为灯的形状对于防意外接触性能是合格的。
PURPOSE:
To check protection against accidental contact of caps E27/51/39 on finished lamps.
TESTING:
The shape of the cap with regard to protection against accidental contact is assumed to be correct if, when the cap is pushed as far as possible into the gauge, surface W does not protrude beyond surface V.
